Standard Contracts:
These contracts are meant for those that do not need any graphic design on a monthly basis. This contract will allow you to have text added, removed, and edited. The same applies for links on your site. If you have anything that you want added to the site and you have it already pre-prepared** then that would fall into this contract as well. Under this contract, there will be no additional services or graphics work done to the site without additional fees ($60/hour w/1 hour minimum for Graphic Design).

1. Simple Monthly Web Site Maintenance - $20 per month

Addition, modification or removal of up to 200 words. This can be used to update wording on your page, or to fix or add links.
Addition of up to 5 pre-prepared graphics per month (if you require us to scan or touch up your pictures there will be additional costs).

Up to one hour of updates per month.

2. Moderate Monthly Web Site Maintenance - $45 per month
Addition, modification or removal of up to 500 words. This can be used to update wording on your page, or to fix or add links.
Addition of up to 10 prepared graphics per month (if you require us to scan or touch up your pictures there will be additional costs).
Up to two hour of updates per month.

3. Advanced Monthly Web Site Maintenance - $75 per month
Addition, modification or removal of up to 1000 words. This can be used to update wording on your page, or to fix or add links.
Addition of up to 20 prepared graphics per month (if you require us to scan or touch up your pictures there will be additional costs).
Up to four hours of updates per month.

Premium Monthly Maintenance Contract
Includes graphic design
(Editing or creation of graphics)

Premium Contracts:
Premium Contracts are for websites that require graphical changes on a monthly basis or at least every other month. These contracts basically allow anything to the site to be done besides Flash editing or creation, PHP/MySQL programming, or any other high-class work. These contracts are meant to provide the website with all the basic needs of a website including graphic design.
Because editing graphics takes more time and carries a higher degree of difficulty, all Graphics and Text Contracts will be a higher monthly price than the "Text Only" contracts. The prices for those packages are as follows:

Simple Monthly Web Site Maintenance with Graphic Design: $50/month

Moderate Monthly Web Site Maintenance with Graphic Design: $100/month

Advanced Monthly Web Site Maintenance with Graphic Design: $200/month

** Pre-Prepared Graphics / Materials:
The specific definition of a pre-prepared graphic(s) or material(s) is as follows:
Any item to be added to a website where there is no editing needed to add this item to the website. This includes but is not limited to: Images, Counter's, Flash, PHP Scripts, and Banners/Ads etc. If an item is not given to us in a pre-prepared format and needs to be edited in any way, additional fees may be added.

The E-Commerce Maintenance Contract:
Includes 2 (two) hours of website maintenance per month. This service covers product updates (add & remove text for product description must be supplied by you in Word format & images must be provided in jpeg format and supplied on disk), shopping cart maintenance minor website alterations, regular updates, repairs, ftp's, etc. This service does not apply to the actual redesign of a website.
Simple Monthly Web Site Maintenance with E-commerce: $65/month

Advanced Monthly Web Site Maintenance with E-commerce: $125/month

Specifications:

• All "Text" must be in the form of a MS Word Document
  
• All Graphics should be on disk. If they are not, there is a $15.00 charge per photo/graphic to scan and digitize.
